Rabindra Jung Lamichhane known as Ravi, is a London-based Nepali entrepreneur and philanthropist. Founder and CEO of R Famous Ltd., T/A Ravi Famous and Gini London Ltd. He come a long way in establishing himself as a successful entrepreneur in the women’s fashion industry in London with a strong determination toward work ethics and morals. He devotes his time to charitable affairs to give back to the society.

Laxmi is a registered Social Worker with extensive experience in the civic and social organisation sector. A creative freelancer for over 30+ years, skilled in nonprofit management, fundraising, event management, volunteer management, and mentoring with a deep passion for empowering women and strengthening communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, Gender and International Development from University College London (UCL).
